Terms & Conditions

Before making an order, please take note of our terms and conditions. By placing an order through The Random Club's Website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  • Before ordering, please take note of our cut-off and dispatch schedule of the month.
  • Orders not paid after 2 cut-off dates has passed will be automatically cancelled.
  • Make sure the details of your order are correct. Once the order has started the manufacturing phase, The Random Club won't be accepting returns and refunds due to the wrong size, color, or design ordered. If you have any changes in your order, inform us within 24 hours after checkout.
  • For on-hand items, The Random Club will give priority to orders who have already paid. (E.g. When stocks are limited and someone with a similar order submits proof of payment before you, we will give the remaining stocks to them and you will have to wait until we restock.) In case The Random Club will run out of stock of a certain product, we will inform you asap. This will only apply to items already on-hand.
  • The Random Club does not offer design services. For custom tattoo uploads, we are not liable for any problems due to failure of customer to read our guidelines.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided as a GUIDE ONLY. We will provide the tracking number the day after the order has been dispatched. The Random Club takes no responsibility for any delays/failure of the courier to deliver products within the expected delivery time (eg. courier's system errors, weather disturbances, etc.).
  • The Random Club is not liable for delays in delivery due to incorrect products, incomplete addresses, or other wrong details provided.
  • The Random Club’s shipping terms is only valid for addresses within the Philippines. For international inquiries, please contact us first.
  • The Random Club will allow the buyer 5 working days upon receipt of product/s to double check their order for any errors (e.g. wrong item, defects, etc.). Requests after the 5 day period will be marked as invalid. If defects are found, the buyer may return their order within 14 days for replacement/refund.
  • The Random Club’s products and prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

I placed an order. Now what?

You will receive an email containing the details needed for payment. If you want your order to be included in the next dispatch date, don't forget to send us your proof of payment via our Payment Form. No payment form, no delivery!

What payment methods do you accept?

    When will my order arrive?

    We operate on a made-to-order basis which means that we only start producing orders once they they are paid. Cut-off of payments is normally every Saturday (unless stated otherwise). All orders paid before the cut-off will start processing the next working day after the cut-off. Payments made after the cut-off will be carried over to the next batch. Orders not paid after 2 cut-off dates has passed will be automatically cancelled.

    We start producing & preparing all paid orders the day after the cut-off. Batch delivery is normally every Tuesday from the previous week's cut-off date. We will send the tracking number through email.

    If you opted for pickup, your order will be available at the preferred pickup venue the next working day following the week’s dispatch date.

    ETA of orders is 2-5 working days upon shipment depending on your location. All products will be shipped from Cebu. Estimated delivery times are provided as a GUIDE ONLY. The Random Club takes no responsibility for any delays/failure of the courier to deliver the products within the expected delivery time.

    Tip: Make sure to add therandomclubph@gmail.com to your contact list to make sure our email updates won't end up in your spam folder!

    Why do pre-ordering? I don't want to wait so long!

    We're a very small business & we'd love to keep offering our products with affordable prices. In order to do that, we combine everyone's orders & produce them in bulk. :)

    If you can't find the design you want in our on-hand list, we offer a RUSH OPTION (additional rush processing fee) where your order will be ready for dispatching/pick-up after only 2 working days after we receive your proof of payment. Just in case you urgently need the products for an event or something.

    Our rush option is only applicable for temporary tattoos. Please avoid adding products aside from the ones mentioned to prevent delays.

    If you're not in a hurry, please bear with our normal pre-order schedule. Remember, patience is a virtue! :D

    Where are your pickup venues?

    We currently only have one venue for pickup within Cebu City. See below for the venue and google map link.

    Take note that we will be needing at least 50% downpayment for pickups. Strictly no downpayment, no pickup. If you opted for pickup, Your order will be available at the preferred pickup venue the next working day following the week’s dispatch date.

    Do you have on-hand items?

    We have on-hand items but the quantities are limited. If everything in your cart is from our on-hand stock, your order will be dispatched the next working day upon receipt of payment. This means that you don't need to wait for the scheduled cut-off.

    If there are non on-hand items in your cart when you check out, you will have to abide with our pre-order schedule unless you purchase our rush option which will be explained below. :)

    How long do your tattoos last?

    Our tattoos are waterproof and will usually last 2-5 days depending on your placement, daily activity, and skin type. Tattoos won't last long on oily and sweaty skin.

    What are your tattoos made of?

    We use imported temporary tattoo papers and inks that are proven to be safe for the skin.

    If you have very sensitive skin, we recommend that you do a patch test first.

    Our temporary tattoos are waterproof and can last up to 5 days (or even more if your skin isn't exposed to too much friction!).

    Where did your shirts go?

    We are currently working on a new gateway for our shirt line. Our store started with shirts but we are now more known for our temporary tattoos so we'd like to focus on that. If your interested in our shirts, you can still order! Just send us a message. :)

    I heard you have a promo! How can I avail it?

    Yes we do!! All you need to do is post a picture of you and your friends wearing our stuff on Facebook or Instagram and tag our our social media accounts!

    Before you make your next order, send us a link to your post and we'll send you a coupon code that will give you 5% OFF on your next order! Take note that the discount will exclude the shipping fee.

    *Order must be placed within 6 months from date of tagged post. You will need to send us a link to your post before ordering so we can give you your unique coupon code. We will honor only ONE post per order. Repeat posts will not be allowed. Discount applies to all TRC products except for 19x27cm Custom Tattoos. Discount is only applicable on orders placed within the official TRC website.

    Oh wow, a coupon code! How do I use it?

    If you have a coupon code, you can enter it at the Check-out page during the order process. We give promos once in a while so be updated by following us on Facebook & Instagram

    Do you have a physical store?

    We don't have a whole store dedicated to ourselves but we do have some stockists and resellers. Check out this page to see a list of our stockists. Sometimes we attend bazaars too! Follow our social media pages for updates!

    Do you accept bulk orders for events or reselling?

    Yes! Prices will depend on the size and quantity of your order. Fill up our Reseller Form or Bulk Custom Tattoos Form and we'll get back you you on our discounted rates!
